A Bore hole has been dug at Strathan and this feeds all the properties.

What is Provided?

All linen, towels and wood for the stove is provided. Free clothes washing is available in the laundrette by the main house, see below.  

10 mph Speed Limit at Attadale Estate

Please ensure you observe the 10mph speed limit on the estate, we have Red Squirrels, Deer and pedestrians on the roads.

Can I order food deliveries to come to the property?

The local shop has a delivery service so you can pre order. Tesco will also deliver to you at Strathan.

Can I have a pet with me?

We do allow pets but have to charge an extra £50 to cover the extra deep clean required. We ask you to assist us in ensuring pets do not go onto furniture or beds.

Can I walk on the estate?

We have some wonderful walks available on your doorstep.

Where can I wash clothes and more importantly dry them?

You are welcome to use our state of the art laundry facility at Attadale House during your stay. A Miele Professional Washing machine and separate Tumble Dryer have been installed and along with the hanging drying racks ensures your washing is dried overnight.
