East Bothy sleeps 4

East Bothy is a pretty 19th century semi-detached cottage which sleeps four. There is a large comfortable living room with a wood/coal burning stove at one end and a dining area and Habitat kitchen at the other. The bathroom also has a shower and toilet. There is one double and one twin bedroom upstairs.

It has an electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, immersion heaters, electric heaters in all rooms, shaver socket and heated rail in the bathroom.

There is no television reception but there is a TV/DVD player.

The tariff includes the use of the cottage and all its contents. Duvets and linen are supplied, including towels. Wood is also included for the fire, but coal and electricity are extra. The electricity meter should be read on arrival and departure and paid for before leaving.
