Conditions for Rental

The cottage is available for rent from 4pm on Saturday until 10.00 am the next Saturday.

30% rent is due as a deposit when visitor confirms the booking of a week

Balance of rent is due 4 weeks before arrival

Rent covers the use of the cottage and all its content, everything except electricity. The meter must be read on arrival and on departure and electricity paid for before departure.

All breakages or damages must be paid for before departure.

The cottage must be left clean and tidy.

In the event of cancellation, rentals cannot be returned and we advise you take out holiday insurance. Our recommended insurance broker is J.L. Morris.
